A Prayer for Teachers

Jesus told Satan, "It is written, do not test the Lord you God" (Mt 4:7). As I sit in a classroom full of unruly, disobedient students, I know they are testing me.
Satan knew if Jesus did as he asked, God would send angels to protect Him. Guess what? Got sent His Holy Spirit to protect us.
Today is challenging. Maybe more than others. But with the peace that passeth all understanding, He shall keep my heart and mind calm through Jesus Christ (Ph 4:7).
So call, and He will answer, and be with us in trouble and deliver us (Ps 91:5:). And He will give us rest (Ex 33:14).
